She’s become quite the jet setter and often posts luxurious holiday photos to Instagram.

And in an interview with 9 Honey Travel on Tuesday, Jennifer Hawkins revealed her travel beauty tips and jet lag cure.

The 34-year-old swears by a dedicated in-flight skincare regime, along with a workout and melatonin supplement.

‘I take my makeup off as soon as I get on board, wear a thicker moisturiser, eye cream and I put paw paw ointment on my lips,’ Jennifer said of her in-flight skincare regime.

To ensure she’s well-rested, the former face of Myer brings along a pair of noise-cancelling headphones.

And when it comes to conquering jet lag, Jennifer takes a supplement and hits the outdoors for a workout.

‘[I] take melatonin at the other end to help my body get back into its rhythm. I also go for a run, which may sound odd, but I have to do it,’ she said.

Jennifer, who is an ambassador for luxury travel site Bon Voyage, previously shared her fashion and packing tips in an interview with Harper’s BAZAAR last November.

‘It’s super important for me to be comfy and casual. Comfortable jeans are my go-to travel attire, paired with a loose basic tee and a big fluffy jumper,’ Jennifer told the fashion bible.

‘I generally tend to keep quite casual on holidays and just have a few dressy options for dinners. Last but not least is gym gear for exercising!’

And when it comes to packing, Jennifer is super organised, putting shoes into individual dust bags, along with separate bags for accessories and beauty products.  

The model also insists on folding as opposed to rolling clothes to ensure items don’t get crushed along the way.
